Booking information
You’ve checked out the website, you like what you see, you’ve paid you’re hire deposit, so what happens next?
This is the general plan of action...
- meeting arranged at our premises to discuss your requirements in full
- full written quotation provided outlining menu, running order and service specification
- If you are happy to proceed, a deposit of £350 (food only) is required together with a signed application form. (for full details, see terms and conditions)
- 6 weeks prior to the date, we forward a comprehensive checklist which we ask you to complete and return within 3 weeks prior to the day
- final site meeting and run through arranged if required 1-3 weeks prior to the day
- 1-2 days prior to the day, wherever possible, kit (china, glassware, ovens etc) set up on site
- on the wedding day, chefs, food and waiting team arrive on site 3-4 hours prior to the reception drinks
- china, cutlery, glassware removed on the night where appropriate
Inevitably, there is usually a lull between the time of booking and the day itself. During this period, we are available for advice, assistance, and general calming of the nerves. If we appear to be cool, calm and collected, it’s because we are – we know what we are doing!
